6.3 Suspension of Original Sanction Pending Appeal Review

A properly-filed notice of appeal suspends the imposition of sanctions until the appeal is decided, 除非, in the discretion of the Vice 总统 for 学生事务 or designee, the continued presence of the student on the campus poses a serious threat to themselves or to others, 财产, or to the normal operation of the University.
